Never Wanted To Dance

Nigel & Matt helped me set up my computer to download faster. Now I can download faster. Nigel also told me what sites to use... so now I can download... I've downloaded the entire new MSI album "If" and the Sweeney Todd Soundtrack... I can also download movies and tv shows... but it would take forever. Maybe once we upgrade to faster internet... maybe.

OMG... I'm loving the Sweeney Todd Soundtrack =D and the new MSI. I found some more songs that they sang at the concert. YAY! I love broadband!

I can't believe that it's 4pm already.

just finished work... the roof at work is leaking... and there was water everywhere... nigel rang the boss and he said just to put buckets everywhere and he'll deal with it tomorrow... as the night went on, more and more water started pouring in... i hope it doesn't rain too much.

can you tell the difference between a 1 and a 3??... obviously the girls at sanity can't. I went in there and purchased a copy of death note vol 3... and when i got home and opened the cover it was disc 1... I was pissed... i had to go back and get them to change in. luckily for them they could, because last time i went into sanity to buy death note vol 2, the same thing happened, but they didn't have the disc.... they had given it to the person with the vol 1 cover... so they had to get it in from another sanity store.... i'm still waiting for it!!! So at this point in time... i hate sanity!! I need to make myself happy... I have a new way of doing that... looking up words in the dictionary...

Why Am I Awake So Early??

it's 11am. This has got to be the earliest I've been up for a while... and it's saturday! I don't know why I can't sleep in on Saturday... So I'm surfing and buying shit off ebay. I was outbid on the rosary beads, and I don't really want to bid any higher so I bought a copy of Harvest Moon DS Cute, which has a girl instead of a boy... YAY! by the looks of it thats the only different... the land looks the same, I think everyhting is the same except the characters gender is reversed... hahaha that sounds weird. I was going to buy the normal Harvest Moon, but then I found the "Cute" one.

I'm trying to decide if I'm going to go to the Escape The Fate concert... I want to go because it a concert =D but I only like 3 songs, and Ronnie is not the lead singer anymore, so the songs will sound different... and it's a lot of effort to go to perth for 2 days and go to a concert and be disappointed. I know it's Escape The Fate... but I'm not really a big fan. I have 2 of there cds, but only like 3 songs... and the fact, if we go, we have to go to the all ages gig, instead of the 18+ one.

Anyhoo... I'm currently downloading another Muse music video... Sing For Absolution... It's one of my fave songs... eventually I'm going to download all the Muse music videos. But I'm starting with my faves first. And it takes about an hour for each music video... but I guess thats better than 5 hours...

I have to go to work tonight... I have tomorrow off, I'm planning on doing nothing, it's pretty much what I do anyway. I might make some cupcakes... but I'll probably end up online all day. I'm hungry... I'm gonna go find me some lunch...

Religious Rambling

i'm on ebay looking for rosary beads. I've never had any... and I think thats sad for a catholic to have never had rosary beads. I remember, when i used to go to confession, i was told to do 10 "hail mary's", but i couldn't because I didn't have any rosary beads. I felt so bad. My nana has a large pair of rosary beads on her wall, I remember climbing up (I was in year 3 at the time) and pulling them down, and trying to do my "Hail Mary's" and when nana came in and asked what i was doing i burst into tears and told her that the priest told me, and that god would hate me if I didn't do what the priest said. I remember!

I found the coolest pair of rosary beads, there by Dolce & Gabbana... i don't know if I should be excited or shocked... Rosary Beads... to me... have never been jewellery. I believe that the only people that can wear rosary beads are people who are practising catholics, and use them as prayer beads (because thats what they are) but I don't want to sound like a hypocrite, because if I had some I would probably wear them, but I'm not really a practising catholic... I'm catholic... but I haven't been to church since highschool.

I have faith... I say goodnight to mary every night before I go to sleep. I know god is protecting me, but I also know that god is not going to hold my hand every second of the day. I also believe that god allows us to think what ever we want. I believe in the big bang and evolution... it's scientifically proven, but god still exists!

Been updating the list on my computer with all my DVDs in it... I own 497 DVDs (that are known to me) I'm pretty sure I got all of them =D

How sad is that?? Now I'm trying to sort them all out =D

I got a new DS game today! See ^^^^^
It's like a card game... I thought it would be pretty stupid, but it's actually quite addictive. The guy at EB Games said he was going to buy it if noone else would... but I got in first! HAHA!

So anyway did some shopping today... spend most of my money! I got new socks (stripy emo socks!) Tim Burton DVD "Ed Wood" (the only Tim Burton movie I don't own... but now I do) The Sims 2 Freetime Guide, The DS game (above) and some black pants, because the zippers of both my work pants and my grandpa pants broke! GRRRRR!

I also ordered broadband thru Telstra... I know I heard Telstra sucked, but mum really wanted all the phone and internet to come from one place... I don't know how long it's going to take to show up, and I chose to set it up myself, so hopefully it won't be too hard... but I am a qualified IT technician so... hahaha!

Mario Kart Wii All Around The World

OMG guess what me kaitlin and jenna are doing right at this moment... right now??? playing mario kart wii... online with people from all over the world!! from japan and england and italy! OMG it's so exciting... i'm like so excited!!!

OMG it's so cool! I'm so excited... I feel pretty geeky. I'm sitting in jenna's living room, playing mario kart wii online and typing on the net! I love it! I really need to get a laptop and some wireless broadband... heheh YAY!

I'm pissed... all I want is the 2 disc version of Sweeney Todd... but every australian site and retailers are telling me that it's not available in Australia... so why does Blockbuster have there take home copies as the cover to the two disc version.... there are going to be a lot of angry confused people... and I'm one of them!

I have found an australian site that sells american dvds and I can get it... it's $37.95! but it's the region 1 version! it's free shipping... I'm affraid there's a catch... hmmm....

Slaves To Fashion

I had some lady come into work today, and she had a gucci bag... caroline (who i was working with) asked her about it, and the lady was like "it was on special for $2500... so I got it!!!"

OMG! for a bag... what the fuck! and it was on special... so what was it's original cost! OMG how can anyone justify paying $2500 for a tiny little bag that hardly fits anything in it!!??

The last bag I brought only cost me $19.95 from Target... and but I'm currently using one of my old bags (my favourite) it's a nightmare before christmas bag, and it's covered in badges! It's slightly smallish (I can't fit all my crap in it) but I still love it!

Anyhoo... this lady's bag got me thinking about people who are a slave to fashion... for example... I read the new Girlfriend or Dolly magazine, and then the next day all you can see are teens wearing the same styles... i guess thats what the magazines are for, and that it's obvious that teens can't come up with there own styles!!
