I Love Mail!

I had TWO parcels in the mail for me this morning. I've been waiting for them for ages. The first parcel I opened was from Thinkgeek.com and contained....
Tribble
A tribble. A very soft, affectionate tribble. He purrs, and coos... it's so cute, but remind me to turn him off tonight so I don't get freaked out by the random noises it makes.
Geek sheets

and awesome geek bed sheets. Disappointed that they only came in twin size and not double, but I'll get over it, may buy a twin bed.... could I survive in a twin bed??? I don't think so. I'm sure I'll find something awesome to do with the sheets. I can hear Emma screaming "show me the sheets! I need to see the awesomeness of the sheets!" but I thought about that, so here is a pretty picture of what the sheets actually have on them...
Awesome, right?

OK, onwards with the story. Parcel number TWO was smaller, I knew what was in it, but it was still exciting...
New (old) camera
GERARD. plus 3 packets of 126 film. I've already taken 2 photos (one of PC and the other of Cous Cous (the cats)) but I won't know how they look until I can find somewhere to get the film processed. I'm sure if it comes to it, I can just send them away to get processed. If anyone has any old cameras they want to send me I'll be happy to have them :D

Anyway, that was the extent of my mail.

I went to work this morning, which was a really bad idea, because I hurt my back on Saturday, and it's even worse now. I had a heat pack on it all day yesterday, but didn't have it today and now my back is killing me. AND DO YOU KNOW THE WORST PART!? It hurts the most when I lay down :( So sleeping has been a bitch. Not looking forward to work tomorrow or on Friday.

In other news, took the last little kitten to the RSPCA today, Alex was really sad, and I was a little sad, but we know we can't keep her. Now she'll have a really nice home somewhere else.

Bye-ee

OOTD - First One EVER!

Yep, you have read that right. Outfit of the day. The first one ever. The first time I've ever put a full body picture up on the internet, but I've had enough hiding behind the internet, everyone needs to see me as me.

First I apoligise for the crappy photos (trying to figure out how to get Photobooth to work), the state of my bedroom (remember, moving house) and the fact that my face it cut out (if I got any further away from the camera you wouldn't be able to see detail... not that there is much anyway)

TOP: Kmart size 22. Came with short black tight (not pictured) that feel really nice, hence why I wear them to bed.
TIGHTS: Target size 18. They are knitted, so they're extra stretchy.
SCARF (being worn as belt): Jayjays. I was looking a bit black so I added some colour.
NECKLACE: Heartagram charm on chain, don't remember where I got it, I've had it for so long.
RING (not pictured in top photo, but pictured below): Diva (it's a knuckle ring, with a snake, black gem and skull on it)
More detail...
I really need to stop biting my nails so I can wear awesome nail polish. I'm going to try and do this more often. I'm going to buy a full length mirror and good lights when I move into my new room (which by the way is to happen in 21 days from TODAY) Most of my clothes are packed away, because my jobs have uniforms, so I don't really need many clothes.

I also x-posted this to a Tumblr site dedicated to fatshionista called Deathfatties. Check out my post here, but also have a look at all the other lovely girls.

Alex is back

My sister just got back from Perth, she went to Soundwave, she got dragged from the mosh pit at 30 Seconds To Mars and got a guitar pick from There For Tomorrow. She does concerts far better than me. But the best thing... she bought me an awesome present...
... A MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER DALEK! It's bubble bath, it's AWESOME! I also got a Soundwave tee, and some "Tubberware" from IKEA (it's not real Tubberware, but it's awesome and green)

In other news, seriously considering dying my hair this colour...
... it's a sort of red, but with slight purple tinge, but I need some advise. First off, does anyone know what this colour is actually called, and two, I will probably need to bleach my hair first, so the colour looks extra nice, can you suggest any products that will stop my hair from becoming wiry and strawy? I'm seriously considering getting it done professionally, but I'm not sure. I kinda wish my hair was longer, because I think it would look better with longer hair.... but I hate having long hair :)

Dinner time.

4 Weeks

4 weeks until we have to be out of this house. 4 weeks left in my room, which is starting to look less and less like my room. Most of the posters are gone, All my books and DVDs are packed, except for a few I left out to keep me occupied over the next couple weeks. I'm feeling a lot more relaxed now. About moving, and my study. On Saturday night (after my emo rant) I made some sort videos with my webcam and then did the unthinkable... re-watched them! And it wasn't that bad. So I know I can do it. And even though I'm 6 units behind, the course is Part time, so it's not going to be impossible to finish. I'm hoping that my "mystery" full time job will come soon, then I'll be able to quit Blockbuster, and hopefully be able to stay at Target, but still have the weekends. FINGERS CROSSED.

Did I mention the kittens that invaded our house? I think I did. I found them a home. But my friend found another one. A little ginger girl, who is currently running around my feet like a maniac. She didn't have as many ticks and fleas, and is a lot more playful, it's not going to be hard to find her a home. We are going to look after her until tomorrow when my sister Alex gets home from Perth, because she wants to see her.
She's such a cutie. She does look like the other two, they are from the same litter. Hopefully Patricia doesn't find anymore. Poor kitty.

Anyway, I'm back to work tomorrow, after 4 days off. It was good, got some stuff done, did some lazying around, feeling refreshed. How was everyone elses' long weekend?? (well people from WA anyway!)

WARNING - Whole post is EMO RANT/SAD. You don't have to read.

I'm so fucking depressed. Stupid packing. I packed 5 boxes and you can't even fucking tell. Why am I such a superficial hoarder of shit. Most of it isn't even important... it's just stuff, that I can't even manage to throw away. I need some serious help. Who wants to come over and throw out half the shit in my room???? And how the fuck am I going to move into a tiny room. My mind is making it seem bigger than it actually is. I remember a bed and a TV and the grab between being tiny, not enough space for my fat arse to get through. And the boxes just keep piling up in my room. There is seriously 20 of them now. But there is no where else for them to go, because the whole house is full. I NEED TO BE BRUTAL!

Also depressed about studying. Because I'm such a lazy bitch. Seriously, how hard is it to actually open the file with the information and read? or write a little information about a photo? It's just all a bit more involved than I was expecting. :(

I REALLY HATE PACKING. plus I have kitty litter in my eye, and I'm tired. BAH!

I wish I had fire for hair.

Kitties!

The bank finally approved Dads' loan. We are finally moving, for real this time... and it scares the shit out of me. But I'm so over this house, I want to start NEW. I might even go crazy and cut and dye my hair, and start looking after myself a little better.

We have had 2 kittens staying with us. My friend Patricia found them in the bush around her house. They were covered in ticks and fleas and not very happy little kitties. We took them to the vet to ask what we could do to help and she gave us some shampoo and some "flea goo" We had to bathe them, and for anyone that knows anything about cats, it's very hard, even if they're tiny little kittens. But they are so much happier now. They eating on there own, using kitty litter and being very playful. They also like to sleep. It's so cute.
I have someone coming to have a look at them today. I would love to keep them, but our cats are going to be under enough stress moving house, let alone having to deal with 2 new kittens (plus dad doesn't want to keep them) I hope that she takes both of them, I don't want them to be separated. We will see. My little sister (whose in Perth) will be upset, because I promised her they would be here when she got home, but if I can find them a new home, and not have to take them to the RSPCA it would be great. So Alex, if you're reading this, I'm sorry if they get taken, but I would rather see them go to a nice home, then the RSPCA.

I will keep you updated.
